Terms of Hire

Identification
Proof of identity will be required on all hires and this must include your current address i.e. driving license.

Damage Charge
If equipment is damaged during the hire period, the cost of repairs will be added to your bill. However, for an optional indemnity fee equivalent to 10% of the hire charge, we will waive repair costs for damage up to 25% of the equipment's retail value.

Delivery & Collection
Assistance must be provided for the delivery and collection of all items of plant. Delivery and collection charges are quoted according to distance. Delivery and collection times are approximate and may vary without prior notice.

Electrical Testing
All electrical equipment is professionally tested to ensure your safety. Comprehensive safety and operating instructions are provided with every hire.

Insurance
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all equipment is properly insured.

Conditions of Hire
All equipment is hired out under H.A.E. Conditions of Hire.
